How do I access the full-text in ScienceDirect when clicking on the PDF icon does not work?

Step 1:  Click on the black square at the the top right side of the page.

Step 2: Click on "change organization" in the pop up box.

Step 3: Select the option "University of Missouri General Access" and then click Continue.

Step 4:  Click on View PDF to view the full-text.
