The Journalism Library has Masters Projects from 2008 on. Bound Pre 2008 projects are held at UMLD and can be requested through Discover@MU. Starting in 2012 they are all electronic and in MOspace. Some of the electronic projects in MOspace are not available right away as the author may have put restrictions on it.  If you go to the Journalism Guides and find Resources for Graduate Students.  There is a page for Master Projects, Theses and Dissertations. 

The Journalism Library does not have any hard copies of theses. You can request hard copies of theses through Discover@MU and they will be sent from UMLD. The theses projects are also online.
