The group study rooms in Ellis Library can only be booked for groups and not individual use. If you are needing a space for a phone or skype interview, you can check out this list to see if your department has it's own career office, or you can always visit the MU Career Center located in the Student Success Building. They can work with you to find a space that works for you interview needs!
