There is a notary public In Ellis Library and at the US Bank in the Student Center.

Availability: M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm.
There will be a notary charge. ($2 for a notarization and $1 per page for any certification of a facsimile) for personal business, but not for university business. Cash is preferred. By law, there is no charge for absentee ballots.
The US Bank in the MU Student Center has a notary public.
