Finding a specific journal is pretty straightforward. When you know the title or ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) for the specific journal, you can use our Journal Finder tool.
If it is a paper journal, you can use the MERLIN book catalog to find paper copies of journals. Click the 'Journal, Magazine, Newspaper title begins with' button and put the beginning of the title into the search box. Press search and the journal should be listed if we have it in our collection.
Otherwise, you can use our FindIt@MU tool. It is used to locate materials in our collection from other pages, such as Google Scholar. It can also be installed in Firefox and Chrome extension through the LibX plugin.
If you have any questions about finding journals, you can always contact the Ellis Library Reference Desk.
